Jane is a specialist in civil claims and litigation and handles these actions on behalf of the firm. She has been admitted as a solicitor for over 13 years and is also experienced in criminal and family law, medical negligence and public liability. She has appeared in many courts including the District and Supreme Court of NSW.
She has successfully defended many cases against police, resulting in large compensation orders being made in favor of her clients. In many of these cases, her clients were assaulted by police, maliciously prosecuted and/or wrongfully imprisoned.
With her extensive experience in personal injury compensation law, Jane is the ideal person to represent clients who have suffered any kind of wrongdoing at the hands of the law. We often commence civil proceedings against the police for damages on behalf of our clients, and it is essential to get expert criminal advice if you are unsure of your rights in the complicated NSW Criminal Law justice system.
